SAN JOSE - Internet connection in the world's total is expected to reach 18.9 billion in 2016. This figure went up from 10.3 billion in 2011. Increased internet connection is accumulated from several devices such as phones, tablets, and some other devices that require an internet connection.

According to a survey conducted Cisco System, everyone in the world will be connected with a 2.5 internet connection. This figure is based on many people in the world have more than one device that uses the internet connection. So proclaimed Sfgate, Thursday (31/05/2012).

According to the survey, India is expected to increase the acceleration of the growth of internet connections followed by Brazil and South Africa.

"Developing the rapid growth of mobile devices make up the Internet connection, in 2016, the growth of the world's Internet traffic will reach zettabytes for the first time, or 1 trillion gigabytes." said Vice President for the San Jose, Doug Webster during a discussion of the survey report Cisco Systems.

Traffic that year is expected to reach 1.3 zettabytes, or 110 exabytes per month, an increase of nearly four-fold from approximately 31 exabytes per month in 2011, the survey found.
