"For the first phase, the launch of the South Sumatra Area Free WiFi starts in the city of Palembang. Future, all wilyah Sumsel consisting of 15 districts / cities will enjoy free internet in the next year," said Alex Noerdin in his speech Friday.
In addition to the launch of the South Sumatra Area Free WiFi, also held competitions for the bloggers and students. It is said Alex Noerdin, all programs and competitions are held to prepare the young generation is able to compete in the era of globalization.
"In the future, every youth should know and be able to take advantage of internet access as a source of information. Sumsel Free WiFi Area is expected to help as well as a supporting facility needs of the people of South Sumatra will access the Internet," explained Alex Noerdin.
